BCA’s latest project, Gilpin Spice, opens its doors to the public tonight. This fabulous addition to Gilpin Hotel and Lake House houses a fabulous Asian fusion restaurant, private dining room and cinema room in a renovated Victorian Coach House.
A smart glass gable end houses the new restaurant complete with Asian style seating at the kitchen bar so customers can watch the excitement in the kitchen.
Where possible original features have been retained including a previously hidden Cumbrian stone fireplace in the entrance lobby and the Victorian animal stalls have been painted and cleverly reused to divide the private dining area.
