Every now and again Ben Cunliffe Architects stray outside of the Lake District and get to work in other areas.  Normally this would be across the county borders into Lancashire and North Yorkshire.  This time we’ve made it all the way down to Malvern, Worcestershire, where our clients have begun construction on their replacement dwelling.  As our model shows, this is a big step into contemporary design for the Malvern Conservation Area and the design makes the most of the spectacular views across the Malvern Hills.

The build is now half way through with the Slab, steel portal frame and SIP panels being erected in just over a month. Work has now started on the roof and internal works have now begun.

This super-insulated structure environmentally friendly structure will be complimented by a Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) system.

We are continuing to update our Facebook page with the progress images so watch this space.
