Ben Cunliffe Architects are delighted that their planning application for a contemporary new build house in Coniston has been approved.
Situated on the outskirts of Coniston village, in the heart of the Lake District National Park, this delightful plot has stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
The new four-bedroom house will be designed to be as green and energy efficient as possible and will be clad in traditional Lake District stone and larch cladding milled from trees from the local area.
The design received high praise from the local planning committee, calling the Ben Cunliffe Architects design, ‘Beautiful, sustainable architecture in line with their vision for the UNESCO World Heritage Lake District National Park.’
We hope to see the owners enjoying their new home towards the end of 2018.
